The 亚洲无码 Office of Equity and Inclusion designs and offers systemwide professional development and training opportunities to faculty and staff that address competency and skill development focused on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education. These opportunities are provided at no cost.

The 亚洲无码 Office of Equity and Inclusion supports the creation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to provide employees with an enhanced sense of community, support opportunities to network with peers, to gain a stronger sense of belonging, and to experience mentorship opportunities.
The Office of Equity and Inclusion provides support and guidance necessary to ensure ERGs are able to meet the needs of our vibrant and increasingly diverse workforce.
Current systemwide ERGs include:
- Employees of Color ERG
- LGBTQIA+ ERG
- Womxn in Higher Education ERG
- Indigenous Men and Men of Color Workgroup
- Jewish ERG
Participation in ERGs is completely voluntary and employees can choose to participate in any campus or statewide group, or consider forming their own group consistent with the parameters contained within the ERG Guidelines. Faculty and staff can learn more on the of OEI Connect.
