Procurement Opportunities

Important Information

亚洲无码 utilizes the contracting option available to the State of Minnesota, Commissioner of Administration set forth in Minn. Stat. § 16C.05 Subd. 8.

Subpart A. A contract entered into by the 亚洲无码 must not contain a term that:
  • Requires 亚洲无码 to defend, indemnify, or hold harmless another person or entity, unless specifically authorized by statute;
  • Binds a party to terms and conditions that may be unilaterally changed by the other party;
  • Requires mandatory arbitration;
  • Attempts to extend arbitration obligations for disputes unrelated to the original contract;
  • Construes the contract in accordance with the laws of a state other than Minnesota;
  • Obligates 亚洲无码 funds in subsequent fiscal years in the form of automatic renewal as defined in Minn. Stat. § 325G.56; or
  • Is inconsistent with Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
Subpart B. If 亚洲无码 enters into a contract that contains a term prohibited in Subpart A, that term is void and the contract is enforceable as if it did not contain that term.
