Students who complete the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum and earn a minimum 2.0 grade point average in an associate of  arts degree (Winona State University requires a minimum 2.4 grade point average) from any ÑÇÖÞÎÞÂë college are guaranteed admission to every one of the seven ÑÇÖÞÎÞÂë universities with junior year status. This collaboration ensures that students can seamlessly and reliably transfer from ÑÇÖÞÎÞÂë colleges to ÑÇÖÞÎÞÂë universities.

This guarantee saves students money by taking advantage of the lowest tuition rates in Minnesota at ÑÇÖÞÎÞÂë colleges and universities.
