Capital Project Summaries

The report has been expanded to include project rendering or floor plan, in addition to the project location on the campus map. Additional data captured in the report includes estimated construction cost, project delivery method, campus program manager, and construction completion date. The project schedule was simplified to capture achieved milestones (project phases) and to show milestones planned for the future.

The project data in the report was reformatted to improve presentation and to synchronize with "Capital Improvement Program" (CIP) reports. Every six months, we will take a snapshot of "Capital Improvement Project Summary " reports and use this information in CIP report which will eliminate redundancy.
