ST. LOUIS COUNTY — A woman has been charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter in a 2023 high-speed crash that killed a 63-year-old driver and injured her 7-year-old grandson.Â
Otiseia McMorris, 34, was traveling 100 mph on Highway 67 last Dec. 23 when her Ford Taurus struck a Honda CR-V in the turn lane at Jamestown Bay Drive. The driver of the Honda, Marian Harris-Dukes, was later pronounced dead at a hospital, according to the probable cause statement.Â
